You may see a "Trading Disabled" error on your MT5 app. The primary reason will be due to your account not being verified, please check on the client portal that your account is verified. If your account has been inactive for 90+ days and has no balance then it may also be disabled, this is easily resolved by opening a ticket with our support team!
